Cooking is a lot simpler that it appears. Let's share ideas on methods, recipes etc. I really like outdoor cooking especially smoked foods and grilling. Italian is something that I am trying to learn so if you have any ideas, recipes or what ever let me know.

Tried making Chicken Marlasa the other night. It was much easier that I had ever imagined. I let the sauce reduce a little too much but it was tasty anyway.
I will try it again this week and go much easier on the reduction.
